POS System & Department Scale Field Technician
Location: Oklahoma City, Tulsa or surrounding areas

About Us:
Retail Data Systems (RDS) is the leading provider of Point of Sale (POS) systems and department scales for grocery and retail businesses. We are seeking a Field Technician to install, maintain, and support our systems at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and service POS systems, department scales, and related hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site.
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates.
- Provide training and technical support to customers.
- Travel to customer locations as needed, with some overtime and weekend work required.
Requirements:
- Clean background check
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with computer hardware & networking
- Competency with hand tools for installation and repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
